Handy tips to organize your life!

I am a big fan of USB storage drives! I use a seperate USB drive to store different files. For example I use a usb drive to store recipes. I use one for work files. These little things come in handy to carry files with you to another computer or when you travel. You don't have to worry about losing power like the electrical hard drives. I have a large usb 250 gb hard drive but It bothers me that if the thing over heats or breaks that I could lose all of my files. You do have to be careful with these little usb sticks also. A few years ago I bumped into the door frame with one in my hand bent the silver piece and lost my files. That leads me to another tip.....

I fell in love with Yahoo about 10 years or ago. I loved storing things in the yahoo briefcase. It really came in handy and at that time we didn't have the usb storage drives. A couple years ago when they did away with the briefcase I decided to open a few free yahoo email accounts and I just send files to my email. I have several of these free email accounts that I use totally for storage! It works and you will never lose a file.
